Hurricane Bill effects in NC Outer Banks

www.hurricanetrack.com This is raw video of some of the rough surf along the Outer Banks of North Carolina on Saturday, August 22, 2009. The video was shot in Rodanthe, NC. There were hundreds of people watching the houses in the video as water from the Atlantic Ocean was surging underneath during high tide. The home shown in the video was used in the movie "Nights in Rodanthe" and is a popular photo attraction for tourists in the area.
